Free 30 Day Trial Release Diet Results

Tuesday, April 27th, 2010

I am thrilled to announce that we finished our 30 day Trial Release Diet last Tuesday with amazing results.

First off, I learned so much about myself. When my negative emotions came up, I became aware of my response then released the ugly stuff and felt better which kept me in the flow. I experienced being free from my emotions dictating to me what I should eat and when. I, also, discovered that my negative emotions had weighed me down emotionally and physically. A.M. learned that her negative emotions really zapped her strength. When she was using the 9 questions and releasing, she felt physically and emotionally stronger with clarity. Both of us felt lighter and in the flow.

Second, we both lost close to the same amount of inches. During those 30 days, I lost the total of 9.25 inches and she lost the total of 8.5 inches. Tthe best part of this type of diet is that it was so easy. I plan to use the 9 releasing questions to loose more inches and stay in the flow. I love the idea that I did not struggle during this time and I was happier because of releasing. Why would I stop what is working? Of course my ego /mind is not too happy that I am not feeding it a bunch of fear and frustration- so I will be on the look out to make sure it does not stop me from continuing to be successful.

You might say, “It worked for you two but I have too much stress in my life to think about releasing and I do not have time to ask the questions.” Well, this was not the ideal time for A.M. and I to do the Release Diet. We were both under a great amount stress during this 30 days. During that time, I was preparing for a new workshop that I would be presenting with three other friends on a new subject for me. It was a bit stressful to say the least. Getting 4 women to be in consensus can be a challenge. I even had to create a new workshop for my part and then presented it during the 30 days. I had a lot to release to stay happy and in the flow. I was able to do so and had a marvelous time at the workshop. A. M. was just downsized from her job of over 15 years- just a little stress there. She said if she was not releasing all the time she would have gained inches instead of losing inches. She said that her cravings for chocolate usually increase with stress and they were under control during those 30 days. Her releasing kept her exercising and feeling more at ease about her future endeavors.

In conclusion, if you know how to release unwanted emotions- then use all your releasing tools and use those 9 questions which are in the first blog about this release diet 30 day trial and start releasing. If you are not familiar with emotional releasing, learn more about it. Go to www.releasetechnique.com or www.sedona.com and sign up for a live class or buy the basic release set of CDs. Please investigate this process- it will change your life for the better. Love yourself enough to learn these tools. Experience more joy and success in your life.

Week 3 of the Free 30 Day Trial Release Diet

Wednesday, April 14th, 2010

Here it is the end of week three of asking the 9 releasing questions and releasing the emotional stuff that comes when I do so. This week I was able to exercise more often and felt great. I was in the flow – I have been able to accomplish a lot. A.M. told me that the days she felt off were the days she had forgotten to do the 9 questions. Then she quickly got back into asking the questions and releasing.

Emotional Results:
I have been feeling courage and free all week. A couple of times I was challenged by outside dramas but released my way through them. I kept taking everything to love. Nice. A. M. has noticed, after doing the 9 questions regularly, that she needs more structure in her day. She has started working on time management.

Physical Results: I keep forgetting to eat- until I get too hungry. I think this week I will try to eat 6 small meals a day and see if I can stop forgetting to eat. I lost a total of 2 inches this week all over my body. 3/4in. in my waist. So far in 3 weeks, I have lost a total of 6.75 inches. I am very happy- my skinny jeans are fitting nicely.

A.M. lost a total of 1 1/2 inches – 1″ in her hips. She has been finding time to exercise. After releasing her emotional stuff, one day she did 5 hours of different types of exercise. She is doing better at choosing healthier food. Her best days are when starts them with fruit and yogurt. She has lost nearly 7 inches so far- yea!

I have a wedding to go to in June- I may be looking quite slim by then – if I keep this up after the 30 days. It really has not been hard. I know I will feel better if I continue which is a wonderful incentive, too.

What I have noticed far is this- we both continue to lose inches by just letting go- our lives seem to have more balance and life is just easier. It is a simple concept- no cost. It is total free. I feel more responsible and empowered.

Until next week….
In Joy,
Vicki

Results of Week 2 of the 30 Day Trial Release Diet

Saturday, April 10th, 2010

Better late then never. What can I say, it has been a busy week. I promise to be more timely next week.

A.M. and I both discovered that the second week was an off week for both of us. She was traveling and I was having sinus problems which did not allow us to exercise as much. However, we continued to release our emotional stuff with the questions but not with as much frequency. Surprisingly, we still had some positive results. We measured last Tuesday, April 6th, and the following are the results.

Emotional Results:
We both felt like we were in a slower flow then the week before. It was as though our bodies needed to rest from the high vibration we were in last week. We still were able to let go of the emotional stuff that came up and all. However, I did feel off all that week. She mentioned the same thing. We did not beat ourselves up- we just accepted it as part of the trial. It was what it was.

Physical Results:

We both lost inches. I lost 1inch all over and that was in my thighs- yes! Can’t complain. HA! I did not gain any inches. So far I have lost 4.75 inches total all over my body. My clothes are starting to really fit better. That feels mighty nice. A. M. lost 1.5 inches total last week. She is feeling better in her clothes, too. She has lost 5 inches total in her body so far. She is happy with the results.

As for food cravings and snacking, I am still not having any need to snack or reach for sweets which was my MO before the Trial. I have definitely become more conscious when it comes to food. It has really become easy to choose to eat healthy food. This has been the easiest way I have ever found to lose inches. It has been effortless. I do not feel guilty or anything. Asking myself those 9 questions and releasing the energy that shows up has given me freedom to choose and to enjoy my food. A. M. said that her chocolate cravings have lessened.

I am half way through week 3 and doing great. I will report our 3rd week results next week. :)

Let go and flow to your higher good.

Emotional Results

I am happy to announce to you my emotional results of my 24-7 releasing week. First off, I easily flowed through the my first week. By using the 9 questions I gave you from my last blog and releasing any emotional stuff that showed up, I discovered I had so much more energy and have slept less along with no snacking. I made better non-craving choices when it came to ordering off a menu when eating out and choosing my meals at home.  I easily ordered grilled food over fried food without any hesitation. Finding time to exercise just showed up. It was really effortless. I just made better choices without much chatter from my ego/mind.

Furthermore, I have found out when the agitation-type feelings came up – I realize that I had not ask the questions for a few hours. Hmmm… So when I was releasing about 8 to 12  times a day – I had less agitating episodes. I am sure my wanting to control was messing with me. When this happened I really experienced being stuck- ICK! I felt like a crazy person had taken over my body (Like the invasion of the body snatchers) – thank goodness after I felt that crazy feeling and let it go – I was back in the flow again. Yea!

Moreover, I was able to get so much done on a few projects that I had been working on. The resistance I normally run in to vanished.  My support for these projects seemed to show up just when I needed them. I have felt more focused and clear while working on these projects.  I felt I was manifesting support and solutions with just a thought.  Nice feeling!

Physical Results

Great News! My friend, A.M., and myself both lost inches. I lost 3.75 inches total inches-biggest loss was 1 inch on my waist. She lost 3.50 inches and feels stronger. Remember we were only releasing non-loving feelings to get these results. We did not put ourselves on a food restricted diet or rigorous exercise program. We did not spend a dime to get the results we got. We just let go and did what our bodies wanted to do when not bogged down with suppressed emotions.

My pants are fitting better and I feel better- lighter. I guess when they say that our emotions can weigh us down- they are right. I can honestly say – releasing those unloving feelings has put the spring back into my step.

I hope you will consider learning how to let go of your unloving feelings to have more joy and success in your life.
