Aloha and Mele Kalikimaka (Merry Christmas in Hawaiian),

Like many of you -I have had a busy November. I have also had a wonderful time this month connecting with my friends and family. I met so many like-minded people at Larry Crane’s release technique course, Abundance 101 which was simply amazing. If you missed the course this time- save your $$ – rumor has it they will be teaching another Abundance Course in June 2010. I have been using the release techniques for hours every day and my life is unfolding just beautifully with an abundance of synchronicity and joy.

We had a great turn out for the Joy Love Club meeting on Nov 3rd. I hope to have another one in January.

♥♥♥ It is the Season to Connect for Joy ♥♥♥

Since I was little- I was told that the Christmas Season was the time for JOY! When I was a child and I felt the joy of my family gathered around our Christmas tree Christmas morning opening presents. Yes, the presents gave me joy, however, that joy seemed to be fleeting after a few hours. However, that time I spent at Christmas time connecting joyously with my family I have never forgotten. Now that I have grown children of my own and have a few grand kids- I really love the holidays because family gets together and we get to share the gift of connecting and we have the opportunity to experience the JOY that can go along with being together.

If many of you this year feel you must simplify Christmas- please do not think you are going to have a bleak Christmas. Turn it around – spend time together- go out and load up the family car take your family to see all the Christmas lights in your neighborhood. Buy some construction paper, string, glue, and glitter as a family sit around one evening and make special Christmas ornaments or cards. Bake cookies and decorate them. What memories do you have about Christmases past – did the wrapped gifts give you lasting joy or was it connecting and “being” with your family that gave you your joy? When we are joyfully connecting, we all are feeling loved and are giving love. Isn’t love the best gift to give and receive?

We simplified Christmas last year and it worked so well, we are doing it again this year. We did so many heart-felt things together- we built a ginger bread house, made homemade cookies and goodies, we all ate dinners together and played games after dinner. We also did a family picture with all the extended family. My daughter shared with me – that it was the first Christmas she could remember that was so stress-free. I have to agree with her – less stress and more love and joy. A wise friend of mind once said – “We make our memories.” I would like to add to that – “We also make our joy.” Be “the heart-felt present” this year-be present-connect with your friends and family this holiday and give the gift that keeps on giving- JOY! Just Only You! -which is always enough and will be joyfully accepted and remembered.

✦✦✦ December’s Joyful Tip

I am only giving you one “Joyful Tip” this month because you can use it at home and at work. When you feel stressed this holiday season – remember my holiday mantra and repeat it over and over again until you believe it and feel better. “I am too Blessed to be Stressed.” “I am too Blessed to be Stressed.” Count your blessing and be in gratitude- get real with your life- be enough- we always have a lot of blessings in our lives- let the stress go and uncover the Joy of the holidays.

❥ Remember “Love for Peace in your Life and in our World!”

Happy Holidays!

In Love and In Joy,

Vicki
