“Joyful Possibilities August Newsletter”

In last month’s newsletter I gave you two Joyful tips. I have received a lot of positive stories on the results of using those tips. Keep on loving!

Since my last newsletter, I gave my first “Joy-Up Your Life” Workshop. I had a joyous time. I am looking forward to presenting all four workshops in that series on October 7th , 14th , 21st, and 28th at 7 – 8:30PM at the Place for Miracles Church at 2160 West Charleston, Suite C , Las Vegas NV 89102 (The same parking lot as the Omelet House)
Cost $10 a workshop.

I have also started a group called “The Joy Love Club” on Facebook– the tag line for the group is “Love for Peace”. I hope you join in on the fun!

Remember love is the answer. I believe we are all either going towards love in our life or walking away from love. My goal with these newsletters is to give you the tools to spend more time in love, so you can experience greater joy and success in your life.

A LOVE DIET

Are you ready to go on a Love Diet?

Here are the benefits to going on this diet:

► The Love Diet is chucked full of approval.
►You get your daily requirements of loving affirmations.
►There is no counting of calories, fat grams, or lowering portion sizes.
(Actually the more love the better!)
►This diet will feed your brain. It will give you clarity and take you toward love in the decisions you make daily.
►The Love Diet will give you more energy without adding caffeine or sugar.
►This diet will relieve stress much longer than a mug of beer or glass of wine.
►You will actually be happier on this diet for it is all about having more not less!
►You will lose the heavy weight of negative thoughts and beliefs.
►You will gain the lighter feelings of confidence, acceptance, courage, happiness, peace, loving, and joy.

Now are you ready to go on a Love Diet?

If the answer is yes- here are a few tips to succeed with your “Love Diet”.

***August’s Joyful Tips
1 Please continue with last month’s Joyful Tips to replace all non-loving thoughts about yourself with “I love you” and every morning set an intention to do everything with love all day, even at work.
2)Please make a list of all the things you love to do that take you toward loving yourself and others. Every day look at your list. Then put doing one or more of those things on the top of your to-do list every day and do them. For example, I love to make coffee in the morning and take a fresh cup of coffee to my love one while he or she is still in bed or getting dressed for work. It does not have to be complicated.

***August’s Joyful Tip for the Work Place

1) Please make a list of all of your wonderful qualities related to work. Every day look at your list. Choose one of your qualities and repeat that quality to yourself at least 20 times a day. Do it more if you are having a tough day. You might find your day gets better when you are holding a positive thought about yourself in your mind instead of the opposite. For example, you might want to say over an over to yourself. “I am a loyal worker.” “I make wonderful decisions.” “I am the best person for this job.” “I treat everyone with respect.” “I can sell ice to an Eskimo.” Do you get the idea? Good! Put those positive recordings in your head and delete all of those old worn out recordings that you are not good enough, just not enough or whatever is playing in your mind. Do this every day for 30 days and see what happens.

Remember “Love for Peace” in your life and in our world!

Joyful Possibilities July Newsletter

Welcome Friends and Family,

This is the first of my monthly newsletters. The mission of my “Joyful Possibilities” newsletter is to write articles and share information with my readers with the hope to create an open and loving environment to support my readers in having a joyful life thus supporting the vibrational healing of our planet.

These uncertain times have inspired me to start this newsletter. I believe everyone has been affected or has had a love one affected by the down turn in the economy. If you have not been affected- consider yourself blessed.

I hope this newsletter will be the release you need to uncover the love and joy you have always been- however, lately has been hidden by the “lacking energy” in the world today. Each month I will be suggesting fun, simple Joyful Tips to put you on your path to greater JOY. I would love to have you give me feedback on how the TIP is working for you. If the monthly TIP is working for you- feel free to forward this newsletter to a friend that could benefit from this information.

*** July’s Joyful Tip

Take a 30-minute walk or exercise at least 3-5 times a week. On this walk repeat to yourself every time a negative, unloving thought comes to your mind- “I Love you” or _______ (put your name in the blank) “I Love you”.

Unloving thoughts or feelings cannot stay when you are giving yourself love- it is impossible. Love is very powerful! When your mind clears – you will feel better and your heart will then be open. If you find this really helps you be in a better place- do it even when you are not walking or exercising.

Many of my friends have shared with me that it can be a challenge to be in a joyful vibration at work. So this second TIP is about shifting that low energy to a higher energy, which will benefit you and your workplace. Try this and let me know how it works.

*** July’s Joyful Tip For the Work Place

Take one work day to try this out if you like it, you can do it every day. Here it goes – All day set your intention to do everything with love. Many of us say we hate the things and people at work- let’s change the paradigm and say “I LOVE the things and people at work”. For example, consciously say to yourself, “I love driving to work”- while driving to work. Once you get to work again set the “LOVE” intention again by saying “I love sitting at my desk and working on this project.” “ I love working with all my office workers and they love working with me.” I love taking time to eat my lunch.” I love driving home from work. Do you get the picture? This TIP is very simple but very effective in uncovering your joy. If you do this all day, you might have enough LOVE energy left to hug your family when you walk through the door when you get home.

Love is the answer. I feel we all are either going towards love in our life or walking away from love or seeking love. Could we eliminate the economic woes of our planet with LOVE? I will leave you with that thought to ponder until next month.
