In last month’s newsletter I gave you two Joyful tips. I have received a lot of positive stories on the results of using those tips. Keep on loving!
Since my last newsletter, I gave my first “Joy-Up Your Life” Workshop. I had a joyous time. I am looking forward to presenting all four workshops in that series on October 7th , 14th , 21st, and 28th at 7 – 8:30PM at the Place for Miracles Church at 2160 West Charleston, Suite C , Las Vegas NV 89102 (The same parking lot as the Omelet House)
Cost $10 a workshop.
I have also started a group called “The Joy Love Club” on Facebook– the tag line for the group is “Love for Peace”. I hope you join in on the fun!
Remember love is the answer. I believe we are all either going towards love in our life or walking away from love. My goal with these newsletters is to give you the tools to spend more time in love, so you can experience greater joy and success in your life.
A LOVE DIET
Are you ready to go on a Love Diet?
Here are the benefits to going on this diet:
► The Love Diet is chucked full of approval.
►You get your daily requirements of loving affirmations.
►There is no counting of calories, fat grams, or lowering portion sizes.
(Actually the more love the better!)
►This diet will feed your brain. It will give you clarity and take you toward love in the decisions you make daily.
►The Love Diet will give you more energy without adding caffeine or sugar.
►This diet will relieve stress much longer than a mug of beer or glass of wine.
►You will actually be happier on this diet for it is all about having more not less!
►You will lose the heavy weight of negative thoughts and beliefs.
►You will gain the lighter feelings of confidence, acceptance, courage, happiness, peace, loving, and joy.
Now are you ready to go on a Love Diet?
If the answer is yes- here are a few tips to succeed with your “Love Diet”.
***August’s Joyful Tips
1 Please continue with last month’s Joyful Tips to replace all non-loving thoughts about yourself with “I love you” and every morning set an intention to do everything with love all day, even at work.
2)Please make a list of all the things you love to do that take you toward loving yourself and others. Every day look at your list. Then put doing one or more of those things on the top of your to-do list every day and do them. For example, I love to make coffee in the morning and take a fresh cup of coffee to my love one while he or she is still in bed or getting dressed for work. It does not have to be complicated.
***August’s Joyful Tip for the Work Place
1) Please make a list of all of your wonderful qualities related to work. Every day look at your list. Choose one of your qualities and repeat that quality to yourself at least 20 times a day. Do it more if you are having a tough day. You might find your day gets better when you are holding a positive thought about yourself in your mind instead of the opposite. For example, you might want to say over an over to yourself. “I am a loyal worker.” “I make wonderful decisions.” “I am the best person for this job.” “I treat everyone with respect.” “I can sell ice to an Eskimo.” Do you get the idea? Good! Put those positive recordings in your head and delete all of those old worn out recordings that you are not good enough, just not enough or whatever is playing in your mind. Do this every day for 30 days and see what happens.
Remember “Love for Peace” in your life and in our world!
